Ticket Holder Terms and Conditions
License to Enter and Event Regulations
- This ticket constitutes a revocable license to enter the facility and observe the event for which this ticket grants admission ('Event').
- The holder is prohibited from transmitting or aiding in the transmission of any information about the Event, including but not limited to pictures, videos, audio, or any reproduction relating to the Event (including pre- and post-Event activities).
- The venue operator or event promoter may retain exclusive ownership of all copyrights and proprietary rights to the Event and any related Event Information.
- The holder grants unrestricted rights for their likeness to be used in any broadcast, telecast, photograph, or other reproduction connected with the Event by the participating artists, promoters, affiliates, or their agents.
Ticket Usage Restrictions
- This ticket cannot be used for advertising, promotions (e.g., contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes without the express written consent of Innovyte Business Solution (M) Sdn Bhd, the operator of Lubok.my.
- The ticket must not be resold in violation of any federal, state, or local law.
License Termination
- The license granted by this ticket may be terminated if the holder breaches any of the above conditions.
- It may also be terminated if the holder is deemed disorderly, intoxicated, uses vulgar or abusive language, or violates any venue rules or regulations.
- Venue management reserves the right to inspect and/or search all persons, packages, or bags entering the premises.
Warning and Liability Notice
The ticket holder assumes all risks associated with the Event, whether occurring before, during, or after the Event, including but not limited to:
- Being struck by thrown or projected objects.
- Exposure to atmospheric effects, strobe lights, or loud noises.
- If adversely affected, the holder should immediately contact an usher for assistance.
No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless expressly allowed by the organizer’s policies. All sales are final. Lubok.my policies and procedures are subject to change at any time without notice.
Payment Obligations and Chargeback Policy
- If the ticket customer illegally fails to pay for any transactions or wrongfully initiates a chargeback, the customer will be responsible for all owed amounts, including statutory interest, without the need for a demand for payment or notice of default.
- If the customer fails to settle the outstanding amount after receiving a demand letter, Innovyte Business Solution (M) Sdn Bhd may engage a third-party collection agency or law firm.
- The customer will also be liable for all associated legal fees, court costs, and collection fees in addition to the outstanding amount owed, including judicial interest.
